Reading the Bible is the ideal way to strengthen your faith. The Bible is our way to communicate with God most effectively: It's how He speaks to us! Deciding to read the Bible is the first step, but deciding exactly how to read it is the most difficult part.

This approach to reading the Bible is not recommended for beginners. Although some stories will be easy to understand and appreciate, specific books can become quite confusing. But to those who are familiar with the Bible, reading from start to finish could be very helpful in understanding how the books fit together. Link to plan

Reading the Bible in Short Sections
Daily Bible Sections
The American Bible Society publishes a Daily Bible Reading Guide, available here. You can also download a PDF version of the reading schedule in English or in Spanish (2012 versions).
Daily readings from the Bible can also be read according to the Lectionary. These readings can be viewed online as text or as video, or listened to online here
