WINGS Registration Form for the “Renewing Our Faith” Program, Spring 2008

WHY: Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, but not required constraints.  Registration information is used to estimate attendance, facilitate transportation assistance, and collect information about WINGS Program attendees so that we can provide information about future Programs sponsored by WINGS of St. Paul Parish.  

HOW: Please register using the on-line form below.  Alternatively, print out this Registration Form and place it in the box at the back of St. Paul Church, or mail it to Carol Pace, 120 Crest Road, Wellesley, MA 02482.

WHERE:  Meetings will be held in the Parish Hall, St. Paul Church, 502 Washington Street, Wellesley, MA.  Parking is available in the St. Paul School parking lot, which is accessible from Atwood Street.
